APPOINTMENT BOOKING

***ALL CORRESPONDING INFO MUST BE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT***

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • All appointments require a nonrefundable deposit of 50 to 75% (depending on the specific service), which must  be paid in order to secure all appointments. Deposits for all appointments can be made through PayPal, Debit/Credit Card Transaction or through Apple Pay.

​

  • All deposits go towards the service that is picked & the remaining balance will be due after each service is completed.

​

  • Payments for remaining balances can be paid by way of Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App & Square.

​

  • If you are booking appointments for multiple people, then please book separate time slots.

​

  • Same Day Appointments are not available, so it is imperative that all appointments be booked at least 24 Hours in advance.

​

  • Please Book All Appointments With Confidence, so that last minute cancellations can be avoided at all costs.​

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

  • For the respect of my business & other clients on schedule as well, I ask that you please arrive ON TIME for your appointment(s).

​

  • Being late for an appointment can cause an inconvenience to others who are arriving on time for their appointments.

​

  • A Five minute Grace Period will be extended for the arrival of an appointment.

​

  • If you fail to arrive for your appointment after the 5 minute grace period, then your appointment WILL BE CANCELED & remaining balance(s) will be due immediately.

​

  • Failure to pay remaining balance(s) will result in being forbidden to book any future appointment(s).​

​

PLEASE RESPECT MY TIME & MY BUSINESS

RESCHEDULING

  • If in any case there needs to be a rescheduling of an appointment, please do so immediately.

​

  • Same Day Cancellations require all remaining balances for services to be paid & a new appointment must be made. Failure to pay any remaining balance(s) may result in being forbidden to make any future appointments.

​

  • Rescheduling of appointment(s) anytime before the appointment date will not count against you.

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY

  • If in any case a no call/no show occurs, remaining balances will be due immediately & rescheduling must take place. Future appointments may also be forbidden in some cases.

BIRTHDAY PROMOS

  • All Birthday Promotions are at the discounted price. However, a $10.00 fee will still apply for late arrivals.

  • A $25.00 fee will apply for last minute cancellations & for No Call/No Shows

HOLIDAY HOURS/PRICES

  • Holiday Hours may vary, due to the specific day of the week that the Holiday falls on.

  • Holiday Prices are Double the amount of normal prices.
